  • Do you charge an extra person fee?
Yes we do and it is a $2.00 per person above 4 people. We allow each site to have a 8 person maximum and the costs are calculated for this number. Extra people in the site adds water, electricity and bandwidth of the WiFi for the Park. An extra person fee is a common charge in the RV industry.
  • What forms of payment will you accept?
While we prefer you use a credit card, we do still take cash as long as the government will keep printing it. We take all forms of credit cards, debit cards and we may barter for cute dogs if they are well behaved.
  • Can I get my money back for early departure?
Unfortunately, we do not give refunds for early departures. That would be like buying tickets to the theatre - watching half of the movie and decide you can't stay. They won't give you your money back either! We also do not give refunds for inclement weather or any other change of plans whether it was of your choosing or other circumstances. None of us could plan anything if we depended on the weather forecast!
  • Do you sell various supplies (firewood, ice, propane, etc.)
FIREWOOD - YES - we sell firewood at the Park. Look for the "Pay Box" and stack of wood behind the Yellow Office. The money is for the man that has the wood delivery business. ICE - There are several "ice" vendors within 1-2 miles of us that sell Ice. Walmart and a free-standing ice machine near the Car Wash on Sylamore Avenue. PROPANE - Stone County Propane 308 W. Main Street 870-269-3616
  • What can your Pick'n Shed-Community Center be used for?
During Festivals - Sunday morning's the Pick'n Shed is used for Church Services. Everyone is welcome to attend the non-denomination service. Church starts at 9:30 a.m.. Other times - the Pick'n Shed is used by the various local and visiting musical groups to practice their instruments. Small and large groups as well as impromtu groups show up and use the room. The Pick'n Shed has a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, kitchen sink, cookware, folding chairs, folding tables (round and rectangle). We will be adding a pool table, large screen TV and other fun activities in the near future. Larger groups that visit the Park use the room for their parties and social events with Management's approval. The only thing the Pick'n Shed does NOT have is a dishwasher. But then again, we do have gloves and an apron should you get elected for "dishwashing" duty. 😁
  • Are dogs and cats allowed in the Park?
Yes, they are and we love animals ourselves. We have a great enclosed "Dog Park" for our furry friends to use with poop bag containers for your convenience. We do ask that you use your own poop bags or the one's supplied by the RV Park to clean up behind your furry friend. It's not nice to step in it when it got left behind! I'm sure you understand. We do have the right to terminate your stay should your furry friend cause trouble in the park with other patrons or other furry friends owned by said patrons. You must keep your dog on a leash at all times when walking in the Park . YOU MUST BE WITH YOUR PET IF he/she is tethered at your site location.
  • Where do I PARK my truck/car
Our sites are designed to either park your vehicle parallel to your rig or in front of or perpendicular to your hitch/ball. Depending on the row you choose - parking can be on the grassy area in FRONT of your rig - please make sure there is plenty of room for other rigs to pull through if you choose this option. There is also overflow parking in front of our dog park if you need to park a car or pull behind trailer. There are other areas - just ask management where these are. Please do NOT PARK in a site that you have not rented. More than likely - there will be someone coming to that site and your vehicle will be towed if we can't find you to get it moved!
  • Do you have a laundromat?
Yes - and probably the nicest RV laundromat in town. We have 6 washers and 6 dryers. Facility is air/heated and has a key code for security Bring your quarters If you forget - there are local banks that will provide change or the Splash Car Wash at 207 Sylamore Ave. has a change maker (south of the Wal-Mart on the same side of the street). We can make change for quarters in the office during office hours.
