Our Story

Ozark RV Park has been around for over 25 years. The Park has had two previous owners, the most recent being Andy & Virginia Rutledge.  Andy certainly made his mark on the Ozark RV Park, local community and was known as a great musician playing many different instruments.  Andy has retired and sold the Ozark RV Park to Mark & Donna Burton in February 2022.  Traditions are important to maintain and The Burton's intend on keeping as many traditions in place as they can while improving the park with added features and activities their customers will enjoy.  Music has been a VERY important feature of the Ozark RV Park and being right next door to the Ozark Folk Center State Park has been a plus as the Park shares a fence and gate that goes from the RV Park into the Ozark Folk Center.  The Ozark RV Park also has a great walking path from the back of the property that takes you straight to the Skillet Restaurant managed by the Ozark Folk Center and continues to the City of Mountain View City Park.  After a long day of exploring the adventures of Mountain View and the surrounding area - take a relaxing walk into the woods from the back of the Ozark RV Park property.  Let nature surprise you!

The Burton's invite you to Explore...Hike...Fish...Shop...Relax...

AND enjoy the Music and wonderful magic of Mountain View, Arkansas.

Plan your next trip to the Ozark RV Park where memories are made!

Mountain View

Is all about the Music and Festivals that happen throughout the year.  Mountain View is known as the Folk Music Capital of the World.  Folk music has been played for years in these hills and is continuing through the younger generation that are learning to play the traditional tunes on the guitar, fiddle, violin, dobro, mandolin, ukulele and the famous dulcimer.

Mountain View is a charming City to visit.  And so much to do in the surrounding Hills.  The Ozark Folk Center State Park and Craft Village is an exciting place to visit.  Save at least a day for the Craft Village! Shopping with our downtown vendors will make for a fun afternoon...then stay and listen to the musicians as they casually play in the downtown parks and in front of the various businesses.

Fishing on the White River is a popular activity.  Hiking, biking, canoeing, water rafting, horse back riding, and the famous Loco Ropes at the Ozark Folk Center State Park is another fun outdoor activity to do.

Mountain View Arkansas can be addicting.  So plan your stay for more than a day!  Like we say at the Ozark RV Park and Cabins

"Stay for a day or a Lifetime".
